00-12 is an ongoing project in which I connect athletic culture, fashion, and fine art. Trough image research, garment & jewellery making, styling and photography I use a hunting and gathering mentality to rethink whatever is already there. Stamped, printed, used and re-used again. zoom in, zoom out. 00-12 stands for bringing any existing perspective on fashion to a minimum of zero and from there on building my own vision on it. One that uses what what once was to try to understand what will be.

Six images that reflect the way in which the female uniform is shaped by a history of stereotypes. By questioning its underrepresentation in sports culture, it serves as an exploration of what a uniform can be and how it is connected to expectations of both the wearer and the viewer.
